        Verdict

        MEANDMYSHADOW has an obvious chance following an encouraging debut and she's taken to get the better of Molly Mylenis and Coconut Ice amongst others. It's difficult to predict how much progress juveniles will make from their initial outing but there was plenty to like about the way that Meandmyshadow went about her work over course and distance on debut where she had Losing Draw behind. She may need further in time but showed enough spped to think that she can pick up a race at this trip first. Molly Mylenis has only run on testing ground so far so it remains to be seen how she'll cope with this fast surface but the fitting of a visor may well sharpen her up and she has to be feared. Coconut Ice made her debut in novice company where she only lost out to more experienced rivals despite running green and being forced wide on the track; she should improve on that and go close. It's reasonable to expect to see more from Glenns Princess and Lady Morganna too but Meandmyshadow may be able to put her rivals in the shade.
