KYZER CHIEF may be able to go one better than on his latest start but there are a number with claims in an open affair including the Tim Easterby pair Lost In Paris and Diamond Blade. The selection was well supported prior to his return to action over course and distance but he got loose on the way down to the start which can't have helped his chance even though he didn't run too free. He still ran well enough to finish second and has an obvious chance lining up from the same mark although he has found winning hard. Lost In Paris is another that has an aversion to winning but he's consistent and could conceivably improve for another year on his back whilst stablemate Diamond Blade also has to be feared having made a promising return to action on the back of a fine winter. Select Committee would have finished closer with a clear run at Thirsk which suggests that he's capable of winning from this career high mark and he's entitled to come on for the outing but Kyzer Chief is taken to score.
