      Verdict

      A decent entry for the day’s feature. Hyperfocus won a competitive sprint over 5f here in April but was beaten by Strike Red over this trip at York in the autumn and is a pound worse off. IT JUST TAKES TIME got the better of Twelfth Knight, Bay Breeze and last year’s winner Justanotherbottle in a similar contest over track and trip just over two weeks ago. He is 3lb higher today but the likely strong pace will play to his strengths again and he probably has the best of the draw. Godolphin’s Open Mind can’t be ignored and Significantly sports cheekpieces after a promising first run for new connections at Ayr.
