Spice Route, Championship Point and Charlie Tokyo kook the 3 to concentrate on here and the vote is given to Championship Point. The selection is fit from a winter campaign on the all-weather and although he was slightly disappointing last time, the race was not run to suit and now that he reverts to the turf he is well worth considering. Spice Route was returning from a break at Kempton last time so under the circumstances he ran a blinder to chase home Kandidate. He goes on the ground and he looks a big danger to our selection, although he does shape as though he will be seen to even better effect over a slightly longer trip. Charlie Tokyo finished fourth behind Philatelist last time and that was a competitive handicap, so if he can reproduce that effort here then he will surely be capable of making the frame, especially as he is sure to handle the ground. Richard Hannon's Ronaldsay may just be sharper for the run, and we will stick with Championship Point who can lead them home.
