In depth

Verdict

King Of The Moors won well at Redcar a week ago and can make light work of his 6lb penalty at the main expense of Harvest Warrior and Gigs Magic. David Barron's four-year-old won with plenty up his sleeve that day and still looks on a decent mark. The stable are in good form, he likes the ground and promising apprentice Neil Brown is in the plate again. Billy One Punch is back on a decent mark after some average efforts and cannot be ruled out with Hugh Bowman aboard, whilst Harvest Warrior has been in good form of late but the step up in trip doesn't look ideal. Gigs Magic took advantage of a lowly mark when romping to victory four days ago. He drops in trip today and must go close with just his penalty to contend with. Moonstreaker has claims if transferring his latest all-weather win to the turf although he tries this trip for the first time, whilst Bright Sun can get closer to the selection than last time with a 6lb pull in the weights today. King Of The Moors is in form and can strike while the iron is hot.
