Million Percent looks the answer to a trappy claimer with Leonard Charles and Crafty Fox as the alternatives. There are no secrets about Million Percent but he won well at Catterick and if sticking close to the pace, he has to have a solid chance of a follow up. Leonard Charles has ability but is frustrating. Any Sir Mark Prescott runner in claiming grade is always worth a second glance, especially given the application of first time headgear. Crafty Fox won readily at Southwell the other day and should handle the step up in trip. He is in form but would have been better off with a number of his rivals if this were a handicap. Rafferty is not the force he once was but his latest effort at this level showed some signs of encouragement. Labelled With Love and Mountain Pass are worthy of respect as course and distance winners but for today's winner, we return to Million Percent.
