In depth

Verdict

Crakehall Lad scored over track and trip for the second time this year on his latest start and is not easily dismissed raised only 2lb. But the less-exposed Trendsetter is preferred stepping up in trip after finishing second on his handicap debut at Pontefract with Cape Karli not far behind. MOBHIRR is also lightly-raced and expected to improve now handicapping for the first time. He makes more appeal than Miss Tree and course and distance third Bentons Lad and gets the vote.
