      Verdict

Chorus Of Lies finished closer when third at Nottingham, though that is not much stronger form than Yamllik's debut seventh at Newmarket. The newcomer Perche is a third Godolphin runner but fellow debutant WOLF ALBARARI is preferred. Marco Botti's colt is a half-brother to the smart Romsdal, placed in this year's Derby and St Leger, so gets a speculative vote. Polly Jackson posted a better effort when finishing ahead of Toboggan's Gift at Newcastle and Not Never is dropped in class after a debut at Goodwood.
