    In depth

    Verdict

Ryedane is given one last chance here to get his head in front and he is nominated over Greek Secret and Plateau. The selection is not proving easy to win with but there is no doubt that he is well-treated at present and with the ground in his favour he looks primed for a big run. Greek Secret finished down the field at Carlisle last time and although he would have claims on his best form, he seems to have gone off the boil of late. Plateau wasn't beaten all that far at Lingfield last time but he doesn't win as often as he should and the percentage call is to take him on. Frimley's Matterry is a course and distance winner who can go well at a price, but Ryedane can send punters home happy by landing the nightcap.
