Brian Meehan's Fantastic Pick showed improved form when stepped into a nursery for the first time when landing an event at Bath earlier this month off mark of just 55 but an 8lb rise for that success makes this tougher for the son of Fantastic Light and a better bet may be RIGHT RAVE, who gets the vote over Knockenduff. Mick Channon's filly ran better than expected on the Polytrack at Kempton last time, goes just as well on turf and she has to be respected off the same mark as on her latest start. David Barron's Buzz Bird may do better now sent into a nursery but she has been well held in all three starts so far and is hard to back with any confidence. Tim Easterby's High Rolling has run creditably in two starts in nurseries but could probably do with some help from the handicapper, while Richard Fahey's Ella Grace is another that looks to have plenty of weight for what she has achieved. The vote then goes to Right Rave, who has shown improved form with each start in a nursery and she has an obvious chance racing off the same mark as when a narrow second behind Underworld Dandy at Kempton last week.
