Dale Swift's claim on Prime Circle should see him vie for the major honours and King's Counsel will be a threat but our preference is for MISS FERNEY who has improved with every run so far this year. Our selection has been running over slightly further lately and may be able to dictate proceedings. She has won at this course before and although yet to return to winning ways so far this term this could be the perfect opportunity. Although three lengths behind the winner last time this was a much better run than on first glance. She finished ahead of one rated at 70 and an odds-on favourite officially rated at 65. With a potentially improved run again here then she looks the most interesting option. Prime Circle has winning form to call upon from last month but has disappointed over today's trip before and will need to find extra stamina to contend. King's Counsel won over course and distance last month but carries more weight today and although a genuine run can be expected we turn away from him here. We go with Miss Ferney to score.
