SEVEN OF DIAMONDS is our selection with L'Enchanteresse and Coin From Heaven the alternatives. Tim Easterby's filly has been fairly slow to come to hand though she has shaped with plenty of promise in a couple of maidens and it is to be hoped that she has learnt enough on those forays to extend to the idea of winning a race. Southern raider, L'Enchantresse is sure to be popular. She might just need a bit of dig in the ground to be at her best though the punters that have kept faith have paid dearly. Coin From Heaven was one of the more expensive acquisitions at the sales. Related to milers, it would be no surprise to see her running even better next term. As You Like It does not appear to be one of the more fearsome Irish raiders to have visited these shores. Royal Record was predictably out of her depth against the likes of Shamandar in a big Sales race but is a gutsy individual who deserves to pick up a race sooner rather than later. Fair Bunny met a useful sort in Walvis Bay at York recently. There does not appear to be anything of that ilk here. Seven Of Diamonds is the call in a race where plenty of imponderables exist.
