Verdict
If the forecast betting price is correct then WITHOUT PREJUDICE looks a little short but with question marks over his rivals in this handicap he retains our vote in preference to Cook's Endeavour and Summer Dancer. A winner when two pounds better off on his last run the selection now find himself at a career high mark. The narrow margin of success coupled with his weight rise is a worry but he will act on the ground and looks to have most in his favour. Cook's Endeavour has done most of his best work when there's been cut in the ground. He did seems to handle faster conditions two starts ago but that's not the norm however if he does act on the ground he's weighted for a challenge. Summer Dancer does go on fast ground but his mark looks a little prohibitive and Olympic Dream also struggled under this burden last time. It's more about which of these have the least amount of negatives and that looks to be Without Prejudice.
