SAFE VOYAGE has probably not been at his very best this term but still ran out a convincing winner of a Listed affair at Chester in midsummer and the return to that grade can hopefully bring about the same result. Bunbury Cup winner Motakhayyel rates a major threat over this specialist trip and his Group 3 Criterion Stakes runner-up effort in June certainly reads strongly here. His stable companion, Oh This Is Us, is far from consistent but still more than capable on his day, but Rhoscolyn makes greater shortlist appeal as the O'Meara gelding has taken the step-up into a higher level quite pleasingly the last twice and is worthy of considerable respect now.
