This is the first running and it has enticed a quartet of entries from the UK. Philip Hobbs sends Copper Kay, who won at this level at Cheltenham in November when Tobouggaloo was well beaten, and Tearsofclewbay, who finished in front of her at Sandown but was receiving 11lb. Preference is for the former, who has Jamie Codd in the saddle though that Sandown contest was won by the unbeaten THE NIPPER, who will be ridden by Nina Carberry and can beat off the home challenge led by Augusta Kate. Willie Mullins' mare started favourite for the championship race at Cheltenham and wasn't beaten far before just touched off by Kayf Grace at Aintree with Copper Kay around 12 lengths behind. The four-year-old Forge Meadow was very impressive on her debut at Fairyhouse last month and should make her presence felt with her allowance.
