Redhotfillypeppers cost £200,000 after an easy victory in a point at Necarne in May 2016 and was ridden by her owner when landing a bumper here later that year. She hasn't made the expected progress and, though she won't have many easier opportunities to lose her maiden tag over timber, her penalty may hand the initiative to CASTAFIORE PARK. Paul Nolan's mare, a winner between the flags, has shown enough in her two starts over hurdles to suggest she won't be a maiden for much longer and this looks her chance.
