Verdict

GOODTHYNEMILAN was having only her second start over fences when scoring here last month then reverted to hurdles to complete a double at Thurles. She only just held on in that latter event but was travelling very easily at this trip and a hat-trick beckons. Spancil Hill wasn't far behind her at Thurles and has a pull in the weights though he could find this on the short side. Urbanist won over the minimum here on New Year's Eve and has gone well in both subsequent starts, though didn't quite get home on heavy going over 2m3f at Down Royal. Western Goose ran her best race for a long time at Fairyhouse a week ago and a repeat would see her in the frame but Littlestickarubarb was engaged at Clonmel yesterday so that result should be monitored.
