Narcissistic did well in bumpers before leading for much of the way on his hurdling debut over this trip at Fairyhouse in December. Catwalk King is penalised for his bumper victory and though making a very promising start over hurdles at Fairyhouse didn't improve as expected at Navan next time. He had THERMISTOCLES just behind in the first of those races but Joseph O'Brien's charge looks to have the scope to do much better and can add to his Roscommon bumper victory. Dual bumper winner Cut The Mustard has so far failed to fire over timber though he was brought to a standstill by a last-flight blunder here last time and the longer trip may be what he requires.
