Kieren Fallon looks a significant jockey booking for Summer Shades and she gets the vote ahead of Atheer and Annijaz. Admittedly Mark Brisbourne's mare has found one too good in each of her last four starts and has been raised a further 2lbs since her latest outing behind Freya's Dream at Thirsk earlier this week. However, that contest was a falsely-run four-runner race, her stable is in top form right now and, most significantly, Fallon today takes the ride. Ed Dunlop's Nottingham winner Atheer has claims off just a 4lb higher mark than at Colwick Park and has to be respected along with Annijaz, who is closely matched with the selection on running at Redcar earlier in the month. Gracia has had little respite from the handicapper and of more interest may be the three-year-old Jenavive but we stick with Summer Shades.
