    Verdict

Let Us Pray gets the vote in this opener ahead of In Honour and Low Flyer; Hasty Lady looks the best of the newcomers. Whilst the selection doesn't have the best of draws, he has shown enough in two starts to date to suggest that a win is imminent. His close-up fourth in a Group Two at Newmarket last weekend is the best form on offer by some way and he only need run up to that effort to win today. Miss Solo ran a nice debut at Newcastle on heavy ground so conditions will not worry and she rates a threat, along with Low Flyer who represents a shrewd stable and should be watched in the market. In Honour ran well in defeat last time out but the form doesn't look the strongest. He steps up in trip today which may well suit so he goes on the shortlist, along with Kevin Ryan's Hasty Lady: a 70,000 guineas daughter of Dubai Destination. An intriguing opener, however Let Us Pray gets the confident nomination.
