Ralph Beckett's San Cassiano did not progress as much as may have been anticipated from his debut success at Kempton when third in a conditions race at Salisbury last time and he looks best watched in a race where the vote goes to HOT PROSPECT, who gets verdict ahead of Frozen Power. The son of Oasis Dream looks the pick of Saeed Bin Suroor's three runners ahead of Black Snowflake and Namecheck and he should appreciate the drop to a listed race having been outclassed in the Group 2 Royal Lodge Stakes at Ascot last time. Black Snowflake, the mount of Ahmed Ajtebi, has twice been beaten in this grade before, while stable companion Namecheck is less exposed after just two starts but probably did not beat much when justifying odds of 2/5 favourite when landing a Beverley maiden last time. Tom Dascombe's Party Doctor has a similar profile to Black Snowflake and is likely to find at least one too good with Hot Prospect taken to beat him and the rest of the field.
