Sabatini ran better at Salisbury last week than on her debut but that was on a softish surface and Richard Hannon's filly looks best watched unless the rain arrives with a safer option seeming to be FILWA, who gets the verdict ahead of Kellys Eye. Bryan Smart's colt has run to a decent level of form in both starts so far in maidens at Newcastle and Ayr and he has solid claims. Rock 'n' Royal has yet to race but Richard Fahey has his string in fine form so she cannot be discounted, while a market move for David Barron's Tealing on her debut would be of interest. David Nicholls has done pretty well with his juveniles this season so it would be no surprise to see his runner, Set Back, step up from a promising debut effort at Catterick recently. David Arbuthnot's Fazza has run well in his last two starts and has the assistance of Kieren Fallon in the saddle so he cannot be discounted but preference is for Filwa. Brian Meehan's filly disappointed in an auction maiden race at Leicester last month but earlier form is rock solid and she looks worth another chance in this company.
