HOT PURSUITS has the best form of those to have raced and gets the vote here ahead of Adventure Story, Young Simon, Fire Raiser and newcomer Mr Money Maker. The selection has her fifth start of the season today and this is a drop in class. She never looked like featuring in a competitive Newmarket nursery last time out but a reproduction of her third to Raddy 'Ell Pauline in June would probably be enough to win this. Adventure Story represents connections who mop up Windsor maidens and this Bold Edge filly shaped with a degree of promise in a better race at Newbury; the drop in trip looks an interesting move. Young Simon shocked most with a 100/1 second at Yarmouth last time out but looks on the upgrade, whilst Fire Raiser's run behind Saxby wasn't a terrible start to his career at all. Of the newcomers Mr Money Maker makes most appeal as the yard can get one ready, however whilst the consistent Bronze Beau might hit the frame again, it is Hot Pursuits who can land the top prize.
