In depth

Verdict

Zodiakos only managed to win at Southwell last year despite tumbling down the handicap but has gone close on several occasions subsequently. He meets Ascot Week on better terms having finished runner-up to the latter at Newcastle in December while Steal The Scene hasn’t been beaten far in a couple of outings over 7f recently. Im Dapper Too hasn’t won since landing a hat-trick in 2017 with a victory over track and trip but is back on a winning mark while JO’S GIRL has undergone wind surgery since last in action. Micky Hammond’s filly made a winning reappearance over course and distance at this time last year and is taken to make another bold bid only 2lb higher.
