Verdict
NORMANDY BARRIERE (NAP) completed a double in minor handicaps here and at Redcar but ran even better when stepped up in grade and distance at York. He'll love the fast ground and, back over his correct trip, can get back to winning ways. Billyoakes ended his first campaign in double-winning form and showed he had trained on with a fine comeback at Haydock so should make a bold bid. Swift Approval drops down to this trip for the first time but has been running very well over an extra furlong. He would have finished much closer to Outback Ruler at Haydock with a clear run and should get into the frame. Feeling Easy won three times in her first season and has shown in her two starts this campaign that she'll soon be back on the winning trail while the likes of Frostman and Shootingsta have been in winning form and are not without chances.
