There appears to be plenty of pace on offer in this competitive handicap which should suit JIMMY THE POACHER who gets the nod accordingly. Support for We'll Deal Again would be a major concern whilst Bonheurs Art cannot be left off the short-list given her trainer's record at this venue. An 8lb rise for an admittedly impressive win at Leicester has to be a concern for supporters of the selection given that Tim Easterby's gelding had previously been struggling to score from lower marks but that was just his first run over a sprint trip so it could be argued that he's still unexposed at this trip and the race could be run to suit. We'll Deal Again caught the eye early in the season at York and has yet to deliver on the promise of that run; it will be surprising if his wily handler doesn't get a win out of him before the season's through and the fitting of blinkers may well help him to end a frustrating run. Bonheurs Art has two or three bits of form to her name that make her of keen interest whilst Mark Anthony is sliding down the weights and faces a more realistic task than on his last two outings. Gertmegalush and Bahamian Jazz aren't ignored in an open finale but Jimmy The Poacher may be able to steal this prize.
