Chosen One should go well along with course specialist Mr Wolf but this can go to last year's winner KING OF SWORDS. Nigel Tinkler's charge landed this race in 2009 from a mark of 56 before winning again off 59, all of which acts as evidence as to this mark of 55 being a fair one. Two starts back he finished second to Mr Wolf but meets that rival on better terms and is also better housed in stall one. Mr Wolf should still go well at a course he loves and is reasonably treated on his best form, but there'd have to be a concern as to a potential battle for the lead with Chosen One. Ruth Carr would love to win a race named in honour of Chaplins Club, trained by her father David Chapman, and she has a well-handicapped horse to go to war with as he won tidily on Friday and is actually a pound lower here. He's another who likes to bowl along though and perhaps they'll set it up for a closer. Grudge is one such horse but his tendency to start slowly is a concern even if they do go fast while Galpin Junior is no certainty to beat Supermassive Muse on these terms and both are opposable. Ingleby Star enjoys a stiff finish and wasn't beaten far in a photo recently but this race looks a shade more competitive and it can go to King Of Swords.
