A weak race which grants BUGSY'S BOY and Urban Warrior an excellent opportunity to land their second race over obstacles; we prefer George Baker's runner. Of the remainder, Celian and Saddlers Mot are two that could get into the shake-up. Bugsy's Boy made mistakes and disappointed at Sandown over two miles but is given the chance to get back on track in this lesser race. He has yet to prove his stamina for this trip over hurdles but stayed well on the level and should see it out now that the ground has dried up a little. His market rival has been waiting for the better ground but has been kept ticking over with a few runs on the level so won't lack for fitness. His course and distance defeat of Will The Till reads well in the context of this race and his yard is currently firing on all cylinders. It's not obvious where Celian is going to find the improvement required to get involved whilst Saddlers Mot's midfield run behind the long odds-on Silk Affair was no more than mildly promising although she may improve for the better ground and stiffer test. There's even less to commend the remainder on all known form and this has the look of a match which we'll take Bugsy's Boy to win.
