In depth

Verdict

Hat-trick seeking Bruthuinne will be all the rage here for trainer Brendan Powell following his course and distance win two weeks ago however TEAMtalk opt for Jazz Duke who finished 2nd in this race last year on his reappearance and runs off a three pound lower mark. French Executive will be the obvious danger if he can convert his reasonable hurdle form to the larger obstacles but this will test his stamina. Muharib Lady won over this course and distance last month for Tony McCoy who is reunited today. This is a tougher test and he looks up against it at the weights and on the softer ground.
