In depth

Verdict

Jackhammer is still 8lb higher than when landing a division of this last year and doesn’t arrive in the best of form. Conditions look ideal for LORD CAPRIO, who will have needed his latest run at Sedgefield. Darkest Day has been raised 4lb for winning at Wetherby but can’t be ignored while Just Dottie has frequently shown promise even though she has yet to place in seven career starts. Duyfken found only the ill-fated Cianciana too good on his handicap debut and Thistlebuffs is even less exposed.
