Verdict

Cornerstone Lad is best over a strongly-run 2m on soft ground but Kapcorse needs further and has been out of sorts for a while. Riders Onthe Storm is 4lb lower than when landing the Grade 2 Old Roan at Aintree in October but is hard to catch right so this race can see the useful novice WHISTLEINTHEDARK continue his upward trajectory by defying top weight.
