Rising Generation can gain revenge over course and distance winner Cosmic Case, with Able Native and Justupyourstreet likely to battle it out for a place. Nicky Richards' charge was beaten three lengths by Cosmic Case when they met over the course and distance in May, but may well have prevailed had he not hit the last hard after poaching a decent lead. He meets Jim Goldie's inmate on three pound better terms for a length and providing he can act on the faster ground, must be fancied to turn the tables. Cosmic Case does go on the ground and lines up on the back of a recent victory on the Flat at Musselburgh. That was a desperate affair, but he could do no more than win and is clearly in good heart so will not go down without a fight. Able Native was beaten in selling company last time but is consistent, while Justupyourstreet gained a comprehensive success over Cosmic Case here 16 days ago but is fully 10lb worse off for the six lengths that separated them. All in all then Rising Generation looks the one to be on.
