Silvo, Ho Pang Yau and Prince Among Men may be the trio to focus on in a race where there is little solid form to go on, with Silvo a tentative selection. Prince Among Men has not won for over a year but has slipped down the handicap and in such a weak contest he has to be given a chance. A winner here in August, Ho Pang Yau has been tried over fences recently without much success. He too has dropped down the handicap and it is hoped a reversion to hurdles may rejuvenate him. Silvo is only selling class, and indeed his only success to date came at this level two years ago. He is no great talent, but at least is consistent, and suggested at Worcester last time that a win may not be far away. Silvo is taken to double his winning tally.
