In depth

Verdict

GROOMED, who ran well behind a subsequent winner over hurdles at Ffos Las when last seen, could be the value here against likely favourite Castlelawn. Lucinda Russell's ex-pointer is on a hat-trick after a couple of very easy wins from the front at Hexham but has gone up a further 12lb and is tackling better opposition today. Fred Bojangals looks to be on a downward spiral now while fellow veteran The Paddy Premium is likely to find a few of these too quick for him but Saddlers Deal and Sergeant Pink aren't without a chance on their best form.
