    Verdict

Lady Lawyer was a $150,000 yearling and made a winning start in a fillies’ maiden at Kempton in the autumn. The form looks questionable, however, and she has to give weight to the colts and geldings in this. Roseman ran green but kept on well in the closing stages when third at Newbury. He’s an almost certain improver and is a big danger to JUNOOH. Sir Michael Stoute’s colt met trouble in-running when fifth in the normally-informative Wood Ditton at Newmarket. He’ll have learned plenty from that and could develop into a useful performer over this trip and a bit further. Deebee ran well here in October and also on debut at Ayr so should win races this season when there is give in the ground.
