In depth

Verdict

Shamshon finished in front of Harry Hurricane when only fourth at Epsom last week though drops down a grade for this and has decent claims. But LITTLE BOY BLUE included a course and distance success when landing a double last summer and a recent placed effort at Bath suggests a return to winning ways is imminent. Bill Turner’s charge gets the vote while Crystal Deauville is another likely to figure with a recent outing under his belt having gone close off a higher mark over 6f here last term. Arzaak beat Jack Taylor on a couple of occasions last term and both course and distance winners are preferred to Tan.
