    Verdict

    NABBEYL (NAP) could only manage third at Nottingham on his handicap debut but the form looks better in hindsight given the winner has subsequently gone in again. Roger Varian’s colt will be sharper for this and the longer trip should also suit. Agent Basterfield is another upped in trip having found one too good over 1m2f in both starts handicapping while Little India may improve having her second start after wind surgery. Autumn Pride has placed in all three outings in novice company and there should be more to come from him.
