      Verdict

The Resdev Way is a specialist over this trip and won at Yarmouth before finishing second at Ayr. He is unlikely to be far away again while Imperial Court won at Yarmouth two weeks ago and could complete a quick double if the headgear works a second time. ALABASTER has been frustrating to follow on the all-weather but is having only a second run on Turf having been only beaten a head in a Class 2 in the first – he may finally get his head back in front. Battle Of Marathon has tumbled down the weights but continues to look a non-stayer over this sort of trip.
