In depth

Verdict

LEO DAVINCI returned a clear winner over today’s trip at Redcar last week. He’s penalised for that success but is partnered by a leading amateur in Serena Brotherton and should go close again. Fieldsman won one of these events under today’s rider at Salisbury on his penultimate start, with Winklemann beaten less than a length in third, but Zafaranah has done all her winning on the all-weather so far. Incentive has been in good form over 6f recently and Ballymount has plummeted down the weights since joining Mick Easterby.
