Fretwork, Shorthand and Legend House look the more obvious winners in a potentially hot maiden and we side with Fretwork. Two second placings may be off putting to some but there is no doubting the ability and it is hoped that it is third time lucky this time around. Shorthand is a full sister to Short Skirt so if any of the genes are in place with this filly, the market will doubtless tell the tale. Legend House is a sister to Inch Lodge. Mark Johnston is sure to have her forward in her work. Handset is also watched in the market while Gull Wing ran much better than the starting price suggested on debut. Fretwork has the edge of experience but this race is one for the video as there are to be plenty of future winners.
