Cat Six is preferred to Millachy and Party. Brian Meehan's charge was one of the more expensive of these at the sales and provided that the ground does not get too soft, there is every reason to believe that she will be forward enough in her work to do himself justice. Millachy showed considerable promise on her first appearance and can be expected to come on for the run. She would have finished closer on debut with a better draw at Bath and is accordingly watched in the market. Party has had her chances and ranks as the benchmark for this race. She was only beaten 3 lengths by Wid at Newmarket in June but has struggled to build upon that effort. Tumbelini has to be respected if there is money seen for her while Apple Blossom is a well bred type who is sure to improve on whatever is achieved. Cherie's Dream hails from a yard in form. Cat Six is given the nod in the absence of market information.
