Verdict

Caesar Nero and I AM THE SEA both finished well beaten in the Wood Ditton at Newmarket but the form of that race is usually worth following and William Haggas’ runner, in particular, was very much in need of the experience. Out of a mare who has produced winners with her first four offspring to race, massive improvement is expected here. New Dimension made a winning debut over 7f at Leicester last year and the second and third both won next time. He’ll make a bold bid to defy his penalty if fully primed while Australian Harbour wasn’t beaten far in either start last season. Dramatic Art and Maokai are newcomers worth monitoring for any market support.
