    Verdict

Beck, Marriaj and Perfect Reward catch the eye here and Beck can make a winning debut. Perfect Reward should relish the testing ground and is impeccably bred, being a daughter of Cadeau Genereux out of the classy Maid To Perfection. She has shown nothing to date on the face of it, but although nearer last than first behind Mythical Kid at Newbury in a maiden at Newbury last time, that is turning out to be a hot contest and this looks easier. An improved display is expected. Marriaj was not expected to be a leading player in his Newcastle maiden debut but finished a creditable third on easy ground. The son of Giants Causeway should improve for that run and can go well here. Beck is also by Cadeau Genereux out of River Cara, a Listed winner over this trip in France. Frankie Dettori is an eye catching jockey booking and this is clearly the stable's preferred. On breeding she can handle the ground and Beck can make a winning debut.
