      Verdict

      I Am Magical carries a penalty for last week's Newmarket victory in which Ventura Glory, who runs in the previous race, was fourth and could give the form a boost. However, that was a Class 5 and this is two grades higher. Aim Power won at Windsor in August after which she was highly tried, ending the campaign in a Newbury Listed contest. Nearooz made a successful debut at Newmarket in October and reappeared last month with an impressive victory at Wolverhampton. Duneflower scrambled home when long odds-on at Newcastle in October and was staying on over 7f on her reappearance at Wetherby. LAYALEENA, a debut winner at Newmarket in August, never really got going on her return to action at Sandown but much better is expected and she's handed the vote though La Voix Magique beat I Am Magical 3l at Haydock before tackling the Cheshire Oaks where she found the track much too sharp.
