It's about two years ago when FRATELLINO was landing a Listed contest at Lingfield, since when he's raced 30 times without entering the winner's circle. He really seemed not to take to the Fibresand surface on four Southwell starts during the winter months but remains capable of fair form on turf. Silvestre de Sousa is an interesting booking and it might just be worth giving the seven-year-old another chance here. Dawn Catcher still holds maiden status after 10 starts in just three seasons but a recent third to Secret Millionaire reads well enough in the context of this race and the Deacon filly is shortlisted. The Dunnett pair of course and distance winner, Danzoe, and Give Us A Belle are also respected on the back of respectable recent efforts in similar company.
