FINAL TURN appeals as the type to fare better now handicapping and is suggested ahead of Tell Halaf and Lutine Bell. The last named would be of keen interest on his seasonal return/handicap bow if he attracts support but it's possible that he may need a little further to be seen in his best light. Tell Halaf has been handed a 6lb rise in the weights for winning at Lingfield where he attracted strong support throughout the day; he also has to cope with a step back in trip. South African Gold is another dropping back in trip as he was last seen out over an extended mile at Wolverhampton and could find this on the short side. Thaliwarru is also progressing well but this looks tougher than the races he has been winning and a 6lb rise in the weights could scupper his bid for a hat-trick. Bubbelas makes some interest on her return to action but a chance is taken with Final Turn as Henry Candy has his string in fine form. He ran a nice enough race over course and distance on his seasonal reappearance and appeals as the type to fare better now handicapping from a fair mark.
