AJJAADD is less exposed than most and is worth a shot on these terms; Lucky Leigh, Multahab and Mambo Spirit won't make it easy, though. Mambo Spirit has dropped to an attractive mark and, being a regular in this type of event; his turn will surely come around again one day. It's noteworthy that he hasn't won for three years, though. With four course and distance wins to his name, Multahab obviously likes his trips to the south coast. But, as he has tended to need a couple of runs to put him straight; combing with the fact that his yard has been very quiet of late, the gelding might be one to simply monitor for the time being. Lucky Leigh is being kept busy (this will be his sixth outing since the start of April) and this does look a tad easier than some of his latest assignments. However, he has shown very little to recommend him in two runs this month and needs to pull something out of the fire. Therefore, Ajjaadd get the nomination as the one to be with on this occasion. Jockey bookings suggest he is the main hope from George Baker's contenders (also sends out Boho Chic). And this lightly raced four-year-old is forwarded in the hope that he has a little more scope to manoeuvre from his current mark.
