A very competitive contest sees several with realistic chances. If Star Seventeen is allowed to bowl along in front she could take plenty of pegging back particularly over a shorter trip which she has been crying out form. In contrast Gingko will relish coming off a strong pace although he may just find things happening a little too quick for him. Lost At Sea put in a poor effort at Newcastle last time and his trainer is slightly out of form although this faster ground is in the gelding's favour. Diamond Green has been a revelation on the all-weather but it remains to be seen whether he can transfer that form onto this surface, if he can then he can play a major part. Cedar Master though looks the value after a good run at Folkestone and the return to his optimum trip.
