World Time is selected in the hope that John Gosden has this expensive purchase fired up and ready for her racecourse introduction. Bold Choice is the obvious alternative, while Mytexie is another interesting newcomer to bear in mind. Mytexie is bred to be effective at this trip and, with his yard going great guns; a big effort can be expected. Joe Fanning takes the reins and his timing of a race will be a big plus for the Mark Johnston-trained newcomer. Bold Choice has been nailed to the cross by the handicapper and, from a mark of 96; it virtually assures that whatever wins will have to hold its own in exalted company. Michael Jarvis knows the time of day, though. And his choice to run here, in what is a significant ease in grade, has to be noted with interest. However, the odds are likely to be prohibitive and there is better value to be had elsewhere. And World Time fits the bill for a punt on this occasion. There are plenty of winners in her pedigree and this 210,000gns purchase makes the most appeal to turn-over the Jarvis runner at fancy odds.
