No recent form to go on here but it should prove to be a very competitive handicap where course and distance winner THE BETCHWORTH KID gets the nod, ahead of Fiulin and Unleashed. The selection was in superb form last year and there is every chance he can be even better this term. Michael Bell has his string in good from of late and the gelding should follow the trend . He has been victorious here in the past and the going and trip should suit. Four-year-old Fiulin ran a blinder in third at the last time of asking and might have gone even closer had the pace been stronger. The colt was in decent form last year putting in some good staying performances and is expected to be just as good if not better this year. Another who should be there or thereabouts is four-year-old Unleashed. The colt ended last season rather disappointingly after a bright start. His best performances and his only two wins have come on standard or good ground so the going here should suit. He also has preference for this distance so he should be up there with the selection. Hindu Kush and Sereth make some claim if mistakes can be avoided but it's hard to find any good form amongst the rest so a market check is advised. This will be a welcome return to the turf for many but non more so than The Betchworth Kid.
